伊春市审计局开展“四零”服务创建公开承诺

伊春市审计局现面向社会做出“四零”服务公开承诺。

一、工作目标

通过创建活动,促进审计机关整体服务水平进一步提高,服务行为进一步规范,服务态度进一步改善,服务质量进一步提高,执行力进一步加强,工作流程进一步简便,办事透明度进一步增加,群众满意度进一步上升,审计形象进一步树立,审计公信力进一步增强。

二、责任主体

局机关各业务科室。

三、服务内容

(一)服务受理“零”推诿

各业务科室要按照科室职能和岗位职责,制定岗位工作标准细则,与“四零”承诺内容在显要位置一同公开悬挂。科室成员要合理分工,岗责明确,做到精准服务。要协调办公室和计算机科,及时通过网站、宣传板、LED电子屏等途径发布国家相关政策法规,公开办事手续、办事流程、申报材料和注意事项,让服务对象明晰相关要求,提升工作效率,让信息多跑路、群众少跑腿。通过以上措施,实现服务受理零推诿。

(二)服务方式“零”距离

各业务科室在工作时间内,要着装整齐、仪容整洁、服务热情,工作交流要讲文明懂礼貌、平等友好、平和得体,解答问题要准确规范、通俗易懂,指导业务要依法依规、坚持原则。出现分歧时要冷静克制、语调温和,坚决杜绝口大气粗、冷冲硬横、端架子、甩脸子等行为发生,如遇服务对象投诉,一定严肃处理。通过以上措施,实现服务方式“零”距离。

(三)服务质量“零”差错

各业务科室要加强岗位工作人员业务培训和思想意识教育,做到信念坚定、业务精通、作风务实、清正廉洁。提供服务时要认真细致、严格审查、精准服务,杜绝服务过程中出现跑神溜号、马马虎虎、丢三落四的现象。要规范窗口管理,建立健全服务工作日志化制度,细化工作流程,确保每项工作的提供咨询、受理、解决、答复、存档等各个环节均有章可循,有规可依。通过以上措施,实现服务质量“零”差错。        

(四)服务结果“零”投诉
